ACB allowed to establish rep. office in Hanoi

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 7822/NHNN-TTGSNH on October 24 to permit the Asia Commercial Joint- Stock Bank (ACB) to establish the representative office (rep. office) at No.10 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Phan Chu Trinh ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.

This Document will cease to be effective if ACB does not inaugurate its rep. office and implement reporting regime as stipulated in Item 1 of Article 15 of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 on operational network of commercial banks within 12 months from the signing date of this Document.
