Vietnam International Leasing Company Ltd. permitted to open rep. office in Hanoi

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 1840/NHNN-TTGSNH on March 24 to allow the Vietnam International Leasing Company Ltd. to open a representative office in Hanoi, namely the Vietnam International Leasing Company Ltd. – Hanoi Representative (Rep.) Office which is located at Room No.1076, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.

The Hanoi Rep. Office of Vietnam International Leasing Company Ltd. is responsible for complying with Decision No. 01/2008/QĐ-NHNN dated January 9, 2008 on opening and termination of branch and rep. office of non-bank credit institutions.

The Document will cease to be effective in case that the Rep. Office does not launch grand opening within 6 months following the date of signing.
