Tien Phong Joint – Stock Commercial Bank Allowed To Open New Branch in Hanoi

TPBank allowed to open new branches (14/03/2014)

The State Bank of Vietnam issued Documents No. 1464,1465/NHNN-TTGSNH on March 12 to permit the Tien Phong Joint – Stock Commercial Bank (TPBank) to open two new branches in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, TPBank is allowed to open the District 2 branch in ward An Phu, district 2, Ho Chi Minh City; and the Dong Quan branch in Lac Long Quan Street, Tay Ho district, Hanoi.

TPBank is responsible for inaugurating these new branches in accordance with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 on the operational network of commercial banks and the other relevant regulations.

The Documents will cease to be effective if the bank fails to inaugurate these branches within 12 months from the signing date of the Documents.
