Hanoi branch of Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd allowed to provide additional service

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 3020/QĐ-NHNN on December 24 to extend the operational coverage of the license of the Hanoi branch of the Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved the additional operations of “accepting trust loans” to Article III of License No. 26/NH-GP of the Hanoi branch of the Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. dated July 3, 1996.

The Hanoi branch of the Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd is responsible for fully meeting all requirements and the relevant regulations in line with Circular No. 04/2012/TT-NHNN dated March 8, 2012 and other legal texts. Moreover, the Hanoi branch of the Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd is required to register additional operations with the relevant authorities and publicize new operation of its License in accordance with Item 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions.

The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 26/NH-GP of the Hanoi branch of the Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. dated July 3, 1996.
