Consular Services Fees will be collected in both Vietnamese Dong and U.S. Dollars cash starting March 1, 2014.

In an effort to improve customer service, the Embassy will accept payment in both U.S. Dollars and Vietnamese Dong in cash for all consular services fees starting March 1, 2014. Fees in Vietnamese Dong are calculated using the official exchange rate at the Embassy. In addition, fees are also payable with the following credit cards in U.S. Dollars: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The Embassy cannot accept checks.

Please note that the Embassy can only accept bills in good condition. Notes that are taped, washed, torn, damaged, or have excessive marks or blemishes will not be accepted.
